Building on years of experience implementing evidence-based approaches such as Filming Interactions to Nurture Development (FIND), we support a wide range of early learning contexts, including Family, Friend, and Neighbor (FFN) caregivers through tailored Play & Learn models. Our customized professional development and consultation services are designed to strengthen educator capacity, foster reflective practice, and bridge the gap between policy and day-to-day practice.

Birth to 5 Coaching & Consultation
Comprehensive coaching and consultation for early learning providers, with a focus on infant and toddler development, mental health support, responsive caregiving, developmental screening, and evidence-based quality improvement. Services include professional development alignment, CQI planning, and support to meet and sustain high quality ratings.

Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation (IECMH-C)
Over 15 years of previous experiences in Trauma-informed consultation services that promote emotional well-being, reduce challenging behaviors, and prevent expulsion. We support educators and caregivers with hands on learning opportunities in integrating social-emotional learning and reflective practices. Previous experience in building and piloting Mental Health consultations models in the licensed childcare setting.

Dedicated to supporting early learning professionals with warm, culturally reflective coaching and consultation services in alignment with your personalized Quality Rating and Improvement Standards. Our experienced team partners with educators to assess and enhance learning environments interactions, fostering nurturing spaces for children’s growth. Filming Interactions to Nurture Development (FIND)
More than a decade of experience designing and developing video-based coaching interventions—most notably contributing to the adaptation of the FIND model for use in licensed childcare settings in partnership with DCYF. This work supported caregivers in building responsive, attuned interactions that are foundational to early brain development and learning.

Family, Friend, & Neighbor (FFN)
Design and implement local Play & Learn models tailored to fit the unique needs of your community. Washington State data reports 75% of children and families are not in formalized care. FFN services can provide accessible, family-centered support, including play-based learning activities, caregiver education resources, family resource navigation to connect with community support services and flexible consultation to adapt programs for your unique needs.
